Transition Trawsnewid
Year 5 and 6 Open Evening
We are looking forward to welcoming Year 5 and 6 pupils, parents and carers to our Open Evening on Thursday 22nd October, from 4:00pm to 6:30pm.
If your child is due to start comprehensive school in September 2027 or September 2028, this is a great opportunity to come along, look around Brynteg School and get a feel for what school life is like here at Brynteg.
During the Open Evening you will meet our dedicated staff, explore our facilities, find out about our curriculum and wider opportunities, and there will be opportunities to ask any questions that you may have.
We look forward to meeting you and showing you what makes Brynteg a great place to learn, grow and belong. See you there!
Admissions
We are delighted that you may be considering Brynteg School.
If you are applying for a place at Brynteg, please complete your application through the Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) school admissions service. All enquiries regarding the availability of school places and the admissions process should be directed to the BCBC Pupil Services team in the first instance.
Once your child’s place at Brynteg has been confirmed, we will ask you to complete our Pre-Admission Form during May 2027.
The information you provide will help us update our school systems and make the necessary preparations for your child’s arrival at Brynteg.
Questions about starting at Brynteg?
