We are delighted that you may be considering Brynteg School.  If you are applying for a place in our year 7 in September 2026, this can be done online by visiting the BCBC website.  All other queries about admission to our school should be addressed to the BCBC Pupil Services team in the first instance.  

When a place at Brynteg has been confirmed, we ask that you complete the Pre-Admission Form which will help us to update our systems with all of the necessary information.

Information for September 2026:

We will be delighted to welcome our new Year 7 students on Wednesday 2nd September 2026.

Throughout the first week, students will participate in a range of induction and administrative activities, including school photographs, cashless catering registration, and the distribution of key information about form groups, timetables, and daily school life. These activities will help ensure a smooth and successful transition into secondary school.

Transition Event Re-scheduled for Year 6 Pupils 

Dear Parent/Carer, I am sorry that we had to postpone the planned transition events due to the unexpected school closure. With the support of our partner primary schools, we have been able to identify a new date for the pupil transition event. This will now take place on Monday 13th July.
