Re: On Site Year 10 Subject Progress Evening – Thursday 26th February - 16:00-18:00 hrs

The Year 10 Parent/Carer Evening is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 26th February, 16:00-18:00 hrs. The purpose of these meetings is to afford you the opportunity to schedule appointments with subject teachers and address any queries you may have.

The event will be held on-site, in the LLC teaching areas in the lower part of the school. Appointments can be arranged for meetings with subject teachers, via the link below, where appointments can be made up until the day before. It is imperative that appointments adhere to the allocated time slots to allow other parents/carers to attend their scheduled appointments. Should you need to discuss at length, or have difficulty with booking an appointment, we can arrange a phone call or an update via email if necessary.

Upon logging in, you will be prompted to provide information that must correspond with the records we have on file for you. 

Please review the attached information. This includes a map and the locations of teaching staff. When booking your appointments, we advise that you book teachers located within proximity to each other. Please manually select appointments within the booking system and give yourself at least 5 minutes in between each of your appointments, if possible, to aid with navigating around the humanities area of the school site.

Parking will be available at the main entrance of the bus bay area of the school – off Ewenny Road.
